We take the privacy of our participants very seriously; therefore, we only collect the information necessary to provide educational services efficiently. To participate in the USAMTS, you must register on this website.

Your address and email address is used for us send messages to you regarding the USAMTS. We will not send solicitation emails collected as part of the USAMTS. Your identifying information will not be shared with or sold to any third party without your expressed consent. We have taken reasonable steps to protect your name, mailing address, email address, user name, password, and other information from anyone who is not authorized to have such information. We cannot be held responsible for an unauthorized person illegally obtaining that information.

We also use your email address to assist in administering the USAMTS. The USAMTS uses cookies to store information on your local computer to improve your viewing pleasure. We do not belong to any groups that track internet users.

The USAMTS site may make forums (message boards) and chat rooms available to its members. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas is published publically, thus becoming public domain information. You should NOT disclose any personal information, such as your real name, address, telephone number, email address, etc., in these areas. We caution children that they should not divulge their personal information and require that they agree to this before entering our forums or classes. Our classes and forums are moderated, and, while our moderators cannot prevent children from divulging personal information, we strongly discourage such divulgence.

Parents of Children Under 13 Years of Age:
We do not collect and retain any information about your child unless and until we receive your prior approval. The name and contact information regarding the USAMTS web site is listed below for all operators. The information we collect and how we use it is described above. Note that the only required information is the user's name, mailing address, grade, and email address. A user may participate in all activities without providing any other information. A parent may modify or delete all information pertaining their child by logging in to the USAMTS profile page using the user name and password which the child selected or by contacting us directly via one of the methods listed below.
